How does your curbside bin service work?

We move your trash and/or recycling bins from their storage location to the curb the day before municipal pickup, then return them after the city collects. Your first service begins on the next recycling week after signup. You’ll always know your schedule upfront.

We currently serve homes, HOAs, rental properties, and small commercial locations in Springfield, MA and surrounding areas. Additional neighborhoods are added based on route density

What if my pickup day changes or the city is delayed?

We automatically adjust your return service when municipal trucks run early, late, or reschedule. City-missed pickups are outside our control, but we still ensure your bins are returned safely.

Yes — but safety comes first. In rare cases, our team may temporarily pull into your driveway to load or return bins safely, depending on traffic conditions. This is included in our Service Agreement

No. We only move standard rolling trash and recycling bins placed out for municipal pickup. Bulk items must be handled through your waste provider.

Can I pause or cancel my service?

You can cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. Temporary pauses may be available if requested before the service week begins.

We’re not responsible for pre-existing damage or municipal truck damage, but we can perform minor repairs (wheels, axles, lids) when possible. Fees apply based on repair type
